💰 IVFhub Egg Donor Compensation Policy
At IVFhub, egg donor compensation is proposed individually by each candidate, based on her personal circumstances and expected needs. The compensation amount is flexible and donor-driven.
Donors are encouraged to consider the following factors when proposing their expected compensation:
- ✈️ International travel expenses
- 🥗 Nutritional supplementation and related costs
- 🕰️ Loss of income due to absence from work
- 📄 Legal documentation, visa, and administrative fees
- 🏨 Hotel accommodation for approximately 15 days
💬 Offer-Based Negotiation Mechanism
If the intended parents or the partnering medical institution believe the donor’s proposed compensation is too low or too high, they may submit a counter-offer.
If both parties agree on the revised compensation amount, the donation process will proceed under the mutually accepted terms.
✅ Compensation Disbursement and Transparency
- The full compensation amount is paid 100% to the donor by the contracted medical institution or fertility clinic.
- IVFhub does not take any commission or deduction from the donor’s compensation.
- If the donor is represented by an independent agent, any applicable service fee must be separately agreed upon between the donor and the agent.
